Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer delivery within Singapore only.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. While we aim to deliver within the indicated timeframe, actual delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for any damages or delays that occur during transit, but if there are any issues, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Customs and Excise Duties

All our products are already imported into Singapore and duties and taxes have been settled.

As such, no additional customs clearance or import tax is required on your end when placing an order with us.

In the unlikely event that your package is subject to inspection by authorities or delayed due to alcohol regulations, we will support the resolution process. However, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during such inspections.
