Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the consumable nature of alcoholic products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of receipt via our contact form. You will be required to:

• Provide photo evidence of the issue, and

• Return the product to us for inspection.

We will bear the return shipping costs. Once we confirm the issue, we will offer either:

• A full refund, or

• A discount code of equal value for your next purchase.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately. A full refund will be issued, minus any remittance or transaction fees incurred.

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:

• If the order is placed by or on behalf of individuals under the legal drinking age in Singapore (18 years old).
